We want you to be completely satisfied with your Michael Costello purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

Receive Your Refund

After our quality control team inspects and approves the returned garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
